CI Financial reports assets under management

TORONTO, Nov. 3, 2014 /CNW/ - CI Financial Corp. ("CI") today reported assets under management at October 31, 2014 of $101.2 billion and total assets of $130.6 billion.

CI's assets under management grew by $12.8 billion or 14.4% year over year and by $421 million or 0.4% in the month of October. Total assets gained $15.7 billion or 13.7% for the year and 0.4% in October.

At $101.2 billion, assets under management at October 31, 2014 were slightly higher than the average assets under management for the third quarter, and were $17.9 billion or 21.5% higher than the average for fiscal 2013.

CI also reported assets under administration at Assante Wealth Management (Canada) Ltd. of $29.3 billion at October 31, 2014, an increase of 11.2% year over year.
