CIBC Invests in Healthy Communities with a $15,000 Donation to the Brant

Donation contributes to purchase of new CT-Scan machine
TORONTO, Dec. 16 /CNW/ - CIBC (CM: TSX;NYSE) is pleased to announce a $15,000 donation to the Brant Community Healthcare System Foundation toward their recent purchase of a brand new CT-Scan machine.
According to the Foundation, the new CT-Scan machine is more advanced than the one previously used. The new machine enhances the resolution of images and provides improved patient care procedures, such as virtual colonoscopies, cardiac imaging and angiography.
"Over the years CIBC has proven their dedication to the community of Brant with support at both the corporate and the local branch level," said Stuart Roxborough, Chair of the BCHS Foundation Board. "We are very pleased to accept this generous donation of $15,000 that will go towards the purchase of our brand new 256-slice CT Scanner, which is one of only four in Canada."
