TORONTO, July 15, 2015 /CNW/ - CIBC (TSX: CM) (NYSE: CM) today announced that it is lowering its Canadian prime lending rate by 15 basis points from 2.85 per cent to 2.70 per cent, effective Thursday, July 16, 2015.
