RICHMOND, BC, Sept. 11, 2012 /CNW/ - CINS Holding Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to announced that the common shares of the Company will be listed on Canadian National Stock Exchange under trading symbol "CHD" on September 13, 2012.

Effective at the close of business on September 12, 2012, the common shares of the Company will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the Company.
