HONG KONG, Jan. 23, 2014 /CNW/ - CINS Holding Corp. (the "Company or CINSHC") (CSE: CHD) is pleased to announce that CINS Holding Limited ("CINSHL"), its wholly owned subsidiary in Hong Kong, has completed the incorporation of Zhenjiang Sheng Si Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Zhenjiang Sheng Si"), a wholly owned subsidiary of CINSHL, which is located in Zhenjiang Economic and Technology Development Zone, Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, China on January 15, 2014, with registered capital of US$100,000 that will be contributed by the Company over a two-year period. Zhenjiang Sheng Si will serve as the head office of all CINSHC operations in China.

The business scope of Zhenjiang Sheng Si will be software development and research, technology consulting services, and network system application development and maintenance. The Company is in the process of moving all of its current operations, staff and licenses of its operating company Dongguan CINS Technology Co., Ltd. ("Dongguan CINS") in Dongguan Guangdong, China to the new office located in Zhenjiang Economic and Technology Development Zone. Dongguan CINS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CINSHL and will be deregistered after the completion of the transition.
