CALGARY, AB, Aug. 17, 2023 /CNW/ - Following a settlement hearing held on June 21, 2023 in Calgary, Aberta, a hearing panel of the Investment Dealer Division of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) found that Craig Bishop failed to comply with his duty to protect the financial markets.

In its Reasons for Decision, the hearing panel confirmed the sanctions imposed on the Respondent. Mr. Bishop agreed to:
- a fine in the amount of $15,000.
Mr. Bishop is also required to pay costs in the amount of $5,000.
