CITI ADDS TO WESTERN CANADIAN GLOBAL BANKING TEAM

CALGARY, Sept. 16 /CNW/ - Citi is pleased to announce the additions of Gordon DeKuyper and Kasey Fukada to lead its western Canadian Global Banking team, located in Calgary.

Gordon DeKuyper has been named Managing Director and Head of Corporate Banking for Western Canada.  Mr. DeKuyper brings 15 years of banking and corporate finance experience with 10 of these years dedicated to the oil and gas industry.  Most recently, he led Citi's Asia Pacific Power, Energy, Chemicals and Mining corporate banking practice, based in Hong Kong.  He holds a B.A. in Economics from Washington and Lee University and an M.B.A. from Emory University.

Kasey Fukada has been named Director and Head of Investment Banking for Western Canada.  Mr. Fukada has over 15 years of investment banking experience including over 10 years of experience in the Canadian energy sector.  Most recently an independent strategic advisor, Mr. Fukada has previously held positions at TD Securities and RBC Capital Markets. He has a B.A. from McGill University and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia.
