City Chase - The world's largest urban adventure series celebrates its 100th
event - with 28-storey rappel off City Hall
The Mitsubishi City Chase Powered by BlackBerry is set to celebrate its highly anticipated 100th Event on Saturday June 19th at Nathan Phillips Square turning the city into the ultimate urban playground.
TORONTO, May 19 /CNW/ - Since the inaugural event in 2003, The City Chase Series has challenged over 50,000 Chasers in over 15 countries globally to experience more fun in 6 hours than most people will all year. In Canada, City Chase has raised nearly $300,000 for its charitable partner Right To Play over the past two years, with a 2010 goal of $200,000. With this fundraising goal achieved, 4000 children will have the chance to enjoy the benefits of sports and play through the Right to Play programming for an entire year.
The Series will give REALITY TV a run for their money this summer as it sweeps across 8 cities in Canada promising adrenaline pumping, brain teasing, laugh until you cry, fear facing, expect the unexpected, adventure.
