("Couche-Tard") (TSX: ATD.A ATD.B) indicates that it learned that a Court document dated April 24, 2015 and filed before the United States Bankruptcy Court in and for the District of Arizona pursuant to a proceeding under Chapter 11 referencing to The Circle K Corporation, et al. could have been misinterpreted and confusing to the reader making this legal entity being one of the main U.S. subsidiary of Couche-Tard. In addition, pursuant to Chapter 11 procedures, a legal notice to the same effect was published in the Wall Street Journal in its April 28, 2015 edition.
In relation to such recent publications, Couche-Tard would like to confirm that the legal entity referred in the Court documents and in the Wall Street Journal is not a subsidiary of Couche-Tard, nor does it have any link to Couche-Tard.

The Corporation also offers other products, including stationary energy, marine fuel, aviation fuel, lubricants and chemicals. Couche-Tard operates key fuel terminals and fuel depots in eight countries. Including employees at Statoil branded franchise stations, about 17,500 people work in its retail network, terminals and service offices across Europe.
In addition, under licensing agreements, about 4,600 stores are operated under the Circle K banner in 12 other countries worldwide (China, Guam, Honduras, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam) which brings to more than 14,600 the number of sites in Couche-Tard's network.
