Clarocity Corporation Issues Shares as Payment to Creditor
CALGARY, Feb. 13, 2017 /CNW/ - Clarocity Corporation (TSXV: CLY) (the "Company" or "Clarocity") today announced that pursuant to a revised settlement agreement amendment dated February 8, 2017, it will issue a total of 1,423,856 common shares at $0.125 per common share by way of private placement in satisfaction of the aggregate payments of USD $136,019.87 owed by Clarocity to a creditor. The shares for debt settlement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
