Claude Cyr
as Senior Vice President, Financial Markets, effective
December 21, 2009

Mr. Cyr
will have overall responsibility for the Financial Markets team, which comprises all
Montreal
Exchange market-oriented activities, including market monitoring, commercial development, customer relationship, product development and pricing strategy.
Mr. Cyr
joins
Montreal
Exchange from Newedge
Canada
, where he served as First Vice President, Head of Global Services and Relationship Management. In that capacity, he managed the team responsible for Canadian equity, futures and options. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at J.P. Morgan Securities

and Fimat.
