Claude Paquet practices banking, financing and restructuring law and also specializes in commercial litigation. Over the years, he has developed special expertise with respect to both litigation and business. His clientele consists primarily of financial institutions, receivers, debtors and creditors. His main areas of practice are commercial and banking litigation, liquidation, restructuring and proceedings in bankruptcy and insolvency matters. He also has specific expertise in matters involving fraud and has developed an in-depth knowledge of agricultural issues.
Gary Rivard specializes in financial services law and focuses his practice on banking, insolvency and restructuring. Over the years, Gary has developed significant expertise in these matters, representing financial institutions, receivers, debtors and creditors. The files he has managed cover the full range of insolvency and restructuring situations, giving him a wealth of experience to draw upon in this area. Mr. Rivard also has specific expertise in secured transactions, hypothecary recourses, receiverships and seizures before judgment, as well as in cases of cheque and credit card fraud.
Pierre-Marc Lemire is a member of our civil and commercial litigation group and his practice encompasses all aspects of civil and commercial litigation, particularly banking, bankruptcy and insolvency law as well as restructuring. His expertise in these matters has allowed him to represent and advise several financial institutions, receivers, creditors and debtors in various mandates relating to hypothecary recourses, receiverships, seizures before judgement and civil liability.
