Cleanfield Announces Board of Directors Changes
TORONTO, Oct. 15, 2012 /CNW/ - Cleanfield Alternative Energy Inc. ("Cleanfield") (TSX VENTURE: AIR), announces the resignation of Mr. Sureshlal Kamalalal Shrivastav as a director of the Corporation effective immediately and the appointment of Sanjay Roy to Cleanfield's board of directors effective October 15, 2012 subject to TSX approval.
Tony Verrelli, President, Cleanfield Alternative Energy, said, " We would like to thank Mr. Shrivastav for his contributions to the Company and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
