Cleanfield Announces TSX Venture Exchange’s Approval of Share Issuance
TORONTO, Nov. 22 /CNW/ - Cleanfield Alternative Energy Inc. ("Cleanfield") (TSX VENTURE: AIR) a leader in innovative sustainable energy technologies and building-integrated solutions, announces that, after receiving TSX Venture Exchange ("Exchange") approval, it issued 356,071 common shares at $0.14 per share to satisfy certain debt owing to an arm's length creditor of its subsidiary, Cleanfield Energy Corp. These common shares were issued as a result of a previously signed "shares for services" agreement. All common shares issued are subject to a four-month Exchange hold period expiring March 23, 2011.
