Cline Mining Announces Resignation of Board Member

TORONTO, Dec. 7, 2012 /CNW/ - Cline Mining Corporation ("Cline Mining" or the "Company") (TSX:CMK) announced today the resignation of Senator David Tkachuk from Cline Mining's Board of Directors, for personal reasons, effective immediately.

The Board of Directors thanks Senator David Tkachuk for his contribution and service to the Company and wishes him well in future endeavours.
