Close to 70 landmarks in 10 provinces will be illuminated in red on July 1st to celebrate Canada 150
OTTAWA, June 30, 2017 /CNW/ - To mark Canada 150, close to 70 landmarks located in 10 provinces and 23 different cities will be illuminated in the colours of Canada 150 on the evening of July 1st.
Landmarks such as Canada Place in Vancouver, the ScotiaBank Saddledome in Calgary, Edmonton City Hall, the Hill Centre Towers in Regina, the Canadian Museum of Human Rights in Winnipeg, the Halifax Seaport, the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, the Confederation Centre of the Arts in Charlottetown, the Peace Tower in Ottawa, the CN Tower in Toronto, the Fairmont Château Frontenac in Québec and many more will be illuminated.
