Closing the Gap Healthcare Group Partners with Always Home Homecare to win contract with Capital District Health Authority in Nova Scotia

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Jan. 7, 2014 /CNW/ - Closing the Gap Healthcare Group (CTGHG) today announced that it has been selected as the successful respondent by the Capital District Health Authority (CDHA) & Nova Scotia Department of Health & Wellness to provide additional home support services (PSW/CCA) to eligible Nova Scotian households across Halifax.

CTGHG has partnered with Always Home Homecare in Dartmouth, which will provide front line support and facilitation of services to enhance the service delivery experience to Nova Scotians.

The CDHA anticipates the launch of this program in early January 2014.
