GATINEAU, QC, Dec. 14 /CNW/ - The Canadian Museum of Civilization Corporation is very pleased that it has reached a tentative agreement with the Public Service Alliance of Canada . This is a result of extensive negotiations with the union.

This positive outcome brings to an end a 12 week strike that affected the Canadian Museum of Civilization and the Canadian War Museum. If the tentative agreement is ratified, the Museums look forward to welcoming its employees back to the workplace.

Managers have begun preparations for a return to work by employees. Meanwhile, for our thousands of visitors and IMAX viewers, please note that the museums are open, all exhibitions are accessible, and services like the cafeterias and parking are fully operating.
