TORONTO, Nov. 10 /CNW/ - The common shares of Portage Minerals Inc. have been approved for listing on CNSX.  Following an amalgamation with Rockport Mining Corporation the Company has approximately 125 million common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 119 million shares.

Portage is a junior mining exploration and development company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral prospects in Canada and the United States.
