TORONTO, Nov. 19 /CNW/ - The common shares of Shoal Point Energy Ltd. have been approved for listing on CNSX.  Following an amalgamation with Allied Northern Capital Corporation, the Company has approximately 114 million common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 105 million shares.

Shoal Point is currently engaged in oil and gas exploration, development, production, and acquisitions in Canada, specifically in Atlantic Canada.
