TORONTO, Feb. 24, 2012 /CNW/ - Barclays PLC Extendible Step Up Deposit Notes, Series I-41 ("BBP.DB.C", the "Notes")  were posted for trading February 15, 2012 on an "if, as and when issued" basis. All trades up to and including February 24 will settle February 28, 2012, the Issue Date of the Notes.

On Monday, February 27, 2012 the Notes will begin trading on a regular settlement basis with accrued interest.
