Coalitions launch national joint statement opposing dangerous changes to Employment Insurance
TORONTO, Nov. 4, 2013 /CNW/ - Coalitions advocating for fair employment insurance policies will be launching a national joint statement opposing changes to Canada's Employment Insurance system made by the Harper government.
The statement, endorsed to date by over 70 community, student and labour groups, will be released simultaneously on Tuesday, November 5 at four press conferences in Charlottetown, Moncton, Montreal and Toronto. Regional representatives will be available across the country to speak to media.
