VANCOUVER, BC, Nov. 28, 2023 /CNW/ - Coast Copper Corp. ("Coast Copper" or the "Company") (TSXV: COCO) announces the grant of 1,675,000 stock options to Directors, Officers, employees and consultants of the Company pursuant to the Company's 20% fixed Long-Term Incentive Plan, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. Each stock option is exercisable into one common share of the Company, subject to certain vesting requirements, at an exercise price of $0.05 per share with an expiry of November 27, 2028.
The Company also reminds shareholders of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (the "Meeting") being held in Vancouver at its office on December 7, 2023, at 9:00 am. It is recommended that all shareholders vote ahead of the Meeting and attend via teleconference using the number provided in the Management Information Circular.
