Each year, the prestigious award honours the Canadian company that has made the most significant contribution to industry practices in equity and diversity, creating a workplace that supports women's advancement.

The Company of the Year award will be officially presented at the Women in Communications and Technology's Annual Awards Gala on April 16, in Gatineau. Held each spring, the gala recognizes the exceptional contributions and achievements of women and men on matters of diversity, equity and the advancement of women in the communications and technology sectors.
