Colabor Group Inc. announces the passing of its Chairman of the Board

BOUCHERVILLE, QC, May 28, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - We are saddened to learn of the passing of Jacques Landreville, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Colabor Group Inc. Mr. Landreville was successively Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Colabor Income Fund, from the time of its listing on the stock market in 2005, and Chairman of the Board of Directors, after Colabor's conversion to a corporation in 2009.

A seasoned manager, he held responsibilities with large companies as manager, vice-president and, with Culinar, as president. In 1991, he became president of Uni-Select, leading that company with distinction for more than 15 years. He also served on many boards of directors throughout his career.

"Colabor is deeply saddened by Jacques Landreville's passing. His strategic vision and his business acumen contributed to the development of the Company. All members of the organization join me in offering our sincere condolences to his family," said Robert Panet-Raymond, director of Colabor since 2005. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Panet-Raymond to serve as interim Chairman following Mr. Landreville's passing.
