TORONTO, Nov. 16, 2016 /CNW/ - Valeant Canada, manufacturer of COLD-FX, is pleased to report Madame Justice Dillon of the British Columbia Supreme Court has dismissed the application for certification in the proposed B.C. class action proceeding relating to COLD-FX thereby dismissing a class action against Valeant with respect to the effectiveness of COLD-FX.
