Colleges Ontario president and CEO to speak at conference on strengthening ties between Ontario's public colleges and municipalities

OTTAWA, ON, Aug. 19, 2024 /CNW/ - Colleges Ontario is pleased to announce that its president and CEO, Marketa Evans, will be a featured speaker at the upcoming Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) conference on "Strengthening the Connection Between Ontario's Public Colleges and Municipalities."

The speech will explore the critical role that Ontario's public colleges play in driving local economic development, fostering community partnerships, and supporting municipal growth strategies. Evans will share insights on innovative collaborations between colleges and municipalities that are paving the way for a more prosperous future for Ontario's communities.

Colleges Ontario is the membership association that advocates the province's 24 public colleges.
