Collins Barrow co-hosts not-for-profit update

OTTAWA, Nov. 26, 2012 /CNW/ - Collins Barrow Ottawa recently co-hosted the Not-for-Profit Sector LAB (Legal, Accounting and Banking) Update, which brought executives and professionals from the not-for-profit sector together with experts to learn more about changes and issues affecting not-for-profit organizations. Partners from the firm presented on fraud prevention, new accounting standards and tax issues. Additionally, representatives from Nelligan O'Brian Payne and RBC Royal Bank addressed legal matters, investments and the economic environment.
