Collins Barrow invites fans to #DefendOurHouse at the Tim Hortons Roar of the Rings
OTTAWA, Dec. 1, 2017 /CNW/ - A proud gold-level sponsor of the 2017 Tim Hortons Roar of the Rings tournament, Collins Barrow National is encouraging fans to join them onsite in Ottawa Dec. 6 and 8 for a chance to win great prizes, learn what it means to #DefendOurHouse and participate in fun-filled activities.
"We're honoured to partner with Curling Canada on this spectacular event," said Rob Kolton, marketing liaison, Collins Barrow National. "This is a fitting opportunity to celebrate teamwork, dedication and the challenger mindset – an idea we have been championing through our 'Defend Our House' platform."
"We all have goals to achieve," said Collins Barrow Ottawa partner Joe Wattie. "Whether it's growing your business, protecting your legacy as an entrepreneur or chasing a dream – everyone has a metaphorical house. More than just a curling-related movement, Defend Our House is a call to action to not only defend our goals, but to achieve them."
Fans can join the Defend Our House movement via Twitter and at the Canadian Tire Centre (Level 200) Dec. 6 and 8 by visiting the Collins Barrow booth to play games to win fun prizes, share their #DefendOurHouse story and enter for a chance to win 1 of 3 Grand Prizes or the Ultimate Defender Prize pack (Dec. 6 only). The random draw will be held Dec. 6, and prize packs will be awarded on the ice during the last draw on Dec. 9 around 7 p.m.
The contest builds on the leadup to the tournament, where Collins Barrow invited fans to submit their #DefendOurHouse stories for a chance to win great prizes, including Tim Hortons Roar of the Rings tickets. Several lucky winners took home prizes and will be attending the event.
Running from Dec. 2-10, 2017 at the Canadian Tire Centre, Tim Hortons Roar of the Rings will decide which four-player curling teams will go on to compete at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea.
