HALIFAX, Nov. 26, 2014 /CNW/ - John Oakey, CPA, CA, a tax partner with Collins Barrow Nova Scotia Inc., will be presenting "Dealing with the Canada Revenue Agency: What you need to know" on November 26, 2014 at the meeting of the Canadian Bar Association Nova Scotia's Taxation Law Section.
Mr. Oakey will be giving an overview of key provisions in the Taxpayer Bill of Rights and the CRA Audit Manual, highlighting the procedures the CRA is obliged to follow and information it must disclose to taxpayers and their advisers.
