Collins Barrow partner appointed Chair of new STEP chapter

LONDON, ON, Oct. 23, 2013 /CNW/ - Collins Barrow partner Mike Bondy chairs the newly formed London and Southwestern Ontario chapter of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Collins Barrow co-sponsored the recent launch, which convened a record number of attendees for presentations on cross-border estate planning and tax issues facing trusts.

"As many near retirement, there is a growing need for knowledge sharing in the area of trust and estate planning," says Mike, who is based in the London office of Collins Barrow KMD LLP. "The launch of this chapter is a crucial step in bringing the professional community together in a multidisciplinary manner to better enable our clients in reaching their goals and I am proud to be leading the charge in my role as chair."
