COM DEV Announces Quarterly Dividend

CAMBRIDGE, ON, Sept. 11, 2015 /CNW/ - COM DEV International Ltd. (TSX:CDV), a leading manufacturer of space hardware subsystems, today announced a dividend of $0.03 per common share with respect to the third quarter of fiscal 2015, in accordance with its previously announced intentions.

•         Payable Date:	October 5, 2015
