VANCOUVER , Jan. 30 /CNW/ - Commerce Resources Corp. (TSXv: CCE, FSE: D7H) (the "Company") wishes to announce that Shaun Ledding has resigned from the Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Ledding will remain as a consultant to the Company.
