(TSXv: CCE, FSE: D7H) (the "Company" or "Commerce") is pleased to announce that it has completed the filings of its Financial Statements, Management's Discussion and Analysis and Annual Information Form for its fiscal year ended October 31, 2014.  In connection with filing its Annual Information Form, the Company has also filed an updated technical report with respect to its Blue River Tantalum-Niobium Project in British Columbia.
