Commercial Consul of the Consulate General of Brazil in Shanghai Will Give Speech at Intermodal China 2013

Mr. Andre Saboya Martins, Commercial Consul of the Consulate General of Brazil in Shanghai will give a speech at the conference. Mr. Martins will share his thoughts with industry players on the topic of "The Brazilian Economy and Investment Opportunities in Infrastructure (Highway, Railway, Port, Airports etc)".

Andre Saboya Martins was born on February 19th, 1973, in Fortaleza, capital city of the Ceara State, located in the northeast of Brazil. He graduated in Business Administration from Ceara State University, in 1997. His professional life started in advertisement agencies when he was only 15 years old. Two years later, Andre already owned his own agency. One of his major clients invited him to be the Commercial Director of a new company founded to develop tourist enterprises along Brazil's coast. Andre was only 19 years old at that time. This partnership lasted for 3 years. After that, Andre took over as the CEO of an educational group and remained in this position for 8 years. In 2006, Andre entered a diplomatic career, having come to China in 2009 with the goal of becoming an expert in trade and investment between Brazil and China. Since 2012, Andre has been the Consul for Trade and Investment at the Consulate-General of Brazil in Shanghai after having occupied similar position at the Embassy of Brazil in Beijing from 2009 to 2012.
