Commissionaires Great Lakes Announces Appointment of Key Senior Management Personnel
TORONTO, July 26, 2016 /CNW/ - Commissionaires Great Lakes (Toronto) today named Carlos Espinosa as Director of Client Services and Tim Datchko as Area Manager.
Mr. Espinosa will direct and oversee contracts and commercial services with a focus on quality service delivery to clients. He brings 30 years of leadership, business and risk/security management experience to Commissionaires Great Lakes. He has extensive experience providing consulting support and investigations to diverse public institutions, private organizations and top Fortune 500 multinational organizations worldwide. Mr. Espinosa began his career as a Naval Intelligence Officer in Colombia, where he participated in Special Forces training and several military operations with international military forces.
Mr. Datchko previously spent 29 years as a senior officer with the Canadian Armed Forces, (CAF), and has prior security experience with Mississauga-based Hatch. While with the CAF, he was deployed on several international operations and conducted in-depth security assessments and physical reconnaissance activities.
