Commissioner Cavoukian to release 2011 Annual Report on June 4, and to hold news conference at Queen's Park Français
TORONTO, May 30, 2012 /CNW/ - Ontario's Information and Privacy Commissioner, Dr. Ann Cavoukian, will release her 2011 Annual Report on Monday, June 4, 2012, and will hold a news conference in the Media Studio at Queen's Park at 1:30 p.m. ET that day.
Distribution details include:
- A news release will be distributed across Ontario via CNW at 1:00 p.m.;
- The Annual Report, news release and an adjunct statistical document will be available on the Commissioner's website at 1:30 p.m. (www.ipc.on.ca), along with additional supporting resources;
- Copies of the Annual Report, the news release and the adjunct statistical document will be hand delivered to the Queen's Park Press Gallery at 1:00 p.m.;
- Or, you can email Tanya Gallus ([email protected]) prior to June 4 and request that the Annual Report documents be emailed directly to you on June 4, at or shortly after 1:30 p.m. June 4.
The adjunct statistical publication will interest media looking for individual compliance rates (speed of response for FOI requests) of one or more municipalities, police services, school boards, etc., or other statistics related to a specific region, community or institution type.

Commissioner Cavoukian will be holding a news conference in the Queen's Park Media Studio (Room 148, 1st Floor, West Wing) on Monday, June 4, starting at 1:30 p.m. Media expecting to attend are encouraged to notify the contact below.
