Community Invited to Hawkesbury Day of Mourning Ceremony
HAWKESBURY,ON, April 26, 2017 /CNW/ - Area residents are invited to attend a Day of Mourning commemoration in Hawkesbury on Friday, April 28, to honour workers who have been killed or injured on the job.
The ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. at Place des Pionniers, 351 Main Street East, Hawkesbury. Following the event, guests and media will be invited for a light lunch at the United Steelworkers union hall.
