Company Appoints Bud Michael as President and CEO; Announces Director Addition

An industry executive with over 30 years experience, Mr. Michael brings to eSoft the depth of experience, perspectives and leadership to lead eSoft during this phase of technological innovation and rapid growth. Michael recently led other successful growing, mature and venture backed companies in similar roles including CEO of Availigent and Biz360. He has held several executive management positions at leading public and private companies and has helped lead the growth of these ventures by providing solutions to solve the needs of both network and enterprise computing.

The company also announced the addition of Patrick McCamley as a director on the company's board of directors, joining Bud Michael, Mike Donnell, John Helson, and Gary Jacobs. Mr. McCamley is a Managing Director of Skyline Partners, a strategy consulting firm serving technology companies, and was previously an executive with Civitium and Siemens.
