Compass Compression Services Ltd. Hires New Director of Business Development
and Announces U.S. Growth Plan

CALGARY, Aug. 25 /CNW/ - Compass Compression Services Ltd., a manufacturer of engineered natural gas compression packages, today announced the appointment of Dave Cruttenden as Director of Business Development. Cruttenden, based in Dallas, Texas, will focus on strategic growth in the U.S., identifying and targeting opportunities to promote Compass' overall compression capability and high quality cold weather packaging expertise.

Cruttenden comes to Compass from North America's largest compression company where he served, most recently, as Director of Business Development for North America. Prior to that Dave held various Sales and Senior Management roles with other major players in the gas compression industry.

"Dave's 30 years of compression background in Canada and the United States makes him a perfect fit to lead our growth plans in the U.S. We will leverage Dave's experience to help shape the future direction of the company," said John Forgeron, President at Compass.
