Compensation Vice President Anne Peiris joins Accompass from Mercer

20 years of experience and penchant for detail are a strong fit in growing compensation practice

TORONTO, Nov. 23, 2016 /CNW/ - Sarah Beech, President, Accompass is pleased to announce the appointment of Anne Peiris as Vice President. Anne joins the company's evolving Broad-based Compensation practice, bringing with her experience in senior leadership roles at major global human resources consulting firms, banks, and insurance companies, most recently with Mercer.

Peiris is considered to be one of the industry's foremost thought leaders, having spoken at conferences such as Conference Board of Canada, GTA Rewards, and HRPA. She is frequently quoted in industry publications on compensation planning issues, and is passionate about volunteering for a variety of humanitarian causes over the course of her career.

The addition of Peiris comes just two months after Executive Compensation veteran Anand Parsan and his senior team from Korn Ferry Hay Group made the decision to join Accompass to build on an increasing focus on a complete compensation offering to all levels of organizations and their boards.
