Complete closure of the A-15 South at night--Main Viaduct Work at the Champlain Bridge exit Français
LONGUEUIL, QC, May 27, 2014 /CNW/ - The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) would like to advise road users that the A-15, in Montreal at the Champlain Bridge exit, will be completely closed to traffic at night towards the South Shore, as part of the Main Viaduct Reconstruction.
This closure will require the implementation of a major detour and traffic on the A-15 South will likely be much heavier at the exit of the Turcot Interchange towards the Champlain Bridge during this period.
Full details of the complete closure:
Thursday, May 29 to Friday, May 30:
- Complete closure of the southbound A-15. Detour via Exit 60 of the A-15 South via the Bonaventure Expressway from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Complete closure of Exit 60 of A-15 North towards Bonaventure and Verdun.
Back up closures are also planned during the nights of June 2 and 3 depending on work progress and weather forecast.
Sunday, May 4 to Monday, May 5:
- Complete closure of the southbound A-15. Detour via Exit 60 of the A-15 South via the Bonaventure Expressway from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Monday, May 5 to Tuesday, May 6:
- Complete closure of the southbound A-15. Detour via Exit 60 of the A-15 South via the Bonaventure Expressway from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.
