Bidding is closed and a sale is pending in cooperation with Sotheby's International Realty Canada

CALGARY, Alberta, May 9, 2014 /CNW/ - Luxury real estate auction firm Concierge Auctions is pleased to announce the pending sale of a trophy equestrian estate in Spruce Meadows exclusively listed with Mark Evernden of Sotheby's International Realty Canada. The property went under contract following yesterday's live auction and continues the New York-based auction firm's international expansion success. The buyer is represented by Debbie Komitsch of Keller Williams Premiere Realty.
