Concordia University appoints former Montreal Canadiens director to head Recreation and Athletics

MONTREAL, Aug. 14, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Concordia University today introduced Patrick Boivin as its new director of the Department of Recreation and Athletics. Boivin is the former director of hockey operations for the Montreal Canadiens.

Boivin's duties encompass leading the strategic development of the department, as well as improving facilities. He is also charged with finding new ways to engage Concordians in recreational activities.
