MONTREAL, Feb. 8 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - From February 9th to 12th, the Condo Pavilion is back for a 7th year during the Montreal HomeExpo at the Olympic Stadium, presented by the Regroupement des gestionnaires et copropriétaires du Québec (RGCQ, association of condo managers and owners of Québec) and Garantie de construction résidentielle (GCR).
With more than 30+ exhibitors that are experts in condominiums, free legal advice from specialised lawyers and notaries and more than 20 free conferences covering every aspect of life in a condominium, the Condo Pavilion is a gold mine of information for any condo owner, director or professional.
This year's edition of the Condo Pavilion is an exciting one for Anglophone co-owners and condo directors with the recent release of Yves Joli-Coeur's newest book, Condo Insurance, Everything You Should Know. This title complements his previous book Condos, Everything You Should Know (both published at Wilson & Lafleur) and the pair give crucial information to the English-speaking public in a complex field that lacked resources for them. Mr Joli-Coeur, name partner at De Grandpré Joli-Coeur S.e.n.c.r.l., is a Lawyer Emeritus who specialises in condominium law and is the Secretary general of the RGCQ. He will be present during the Montreal HomeExpo.
The RGCQ is Quebec's largest non-profit organisation for condo owners and managers, regrouping more than 40,000 units in the province. It aims at improving the management of condominium buildings and the quality of life for co-owners through training courses, publications and the standardisation of industry practices.
