Consolidated HCI Holdings Corporation shareholders to receive special dividend of $0.75 per share

WOODBRIDGE, ON, Feb. 13, 2012 /CNW/ - Consolidated HCI Holdings Corporation (TSX: CXA.B) announced today the declaration of a special dividend of Cdn.$0.75 per Class B Share. Shareholders of record at the close of business on February 23, 2012 will be entitled to receive payment of the dividend on March 5, 2012. This dividend will be an "eligible dividend" to Canadian resident individuals.
