dividend of $1.00 per share

Woodbridge, ON, Dec. 10 /CNW/ - Consolidated HCI Holdings Corporation (TSX:CXA.B) announced today the declaration of a special dividend of Cdn. $1.00 per Class B Share. Shareholders of record at the close of business on Tuesday December 29, 2009 will be entitled to receive payment of the dividend on Wednesday January 13,2010 . This dividend will be an "eligible dividend" to Canadian resident individuals.
