TORONTO, July 29, 2013 /CNW/ - On July 24, 2013, Consolidated Tanager Limited (the "Corporation") declared a special eligible dividend of $0.05 per issued and outstanding common share of the Corporation payable on August 23, 2013 to all shareholders of record as at the close of business on August 8, 2013.
