About Coors Banquet
Coors Banquet was born in Golden, Colorado when Adolph Coors first brewed it in 1873. Coors Banquet is still imported from Golden and brewed using quality ingredients from natural sources such as 100% Rocky Mountain water and High Country barley. Legend has it that, in the late 1800s, thirsty miners threw celebratory banquets, with Coors as the honorary beer because of its superior craftsmanship. It was nicknamed "The Banquet Beer." Coors Banquet is currently available in cans and draught at select retailers, bars and restaurants across Canada.
