Corriente Master Fund II, LP Decreases Ownership in Charlotte's Web Holdings, Inc.

TORONTO, Jan. 16, 2019 /CNW/ - Corriente Master Fund II, LP ("Corriente") announced that effective January 15, 2019 it has decreased its ownership below 10% in the capital of Charlotte's Web Holdings, Inc. (the "Issuer") resulting from the disposition of common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE") and an increase in the Issuer's issued and outstanding common shares.

Corriente previously owned 2,592,500 common shares of the Issuer, which represented approximately 15.03% of the then issued and outstanding common shares of the Issuer and approximately 2.79% of the then total voting rights of the Issuer. Corriente now owns and controls a total of 2,172,600 common shares of the Issuer, or approximately 9.986% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Issuer and approximately 2.33% of the total voting rights of the Issuer. Corriente Advisors, LLC is the investment manager of Corriente. Corriente sold the common shares for investment purposes, and may acquire further common shares or dispose of its holdings of the common shares, as investment conditions warrant. The Issuer is listed on the CSE under the symbol "CWEB".
